Notice patterns in how you communicate, influence, delegate, respond and work with others.
Space to think more clearly about how you lead

Leadership challenges are not always solved by learning another technique. Sometimes the challenge is knowing how to respond when there are competing priorities, different perspectives, uncertainty or established patterns that keep repeating.
Individual coaching provides a confidential, structured space to examine the situation more closely and consider what may need to change in how you think, respond or lead.
Notice patterns in how you communicate, influence, delegate, respond and work with others.
Create more space between pressure and response, test assumptions and approach complex decisions more deliberately.
Prepare for difficult conversations, navigate stakeholder relationships and work through tension or competing expectations.
Adjust to new responsibilities, broader expectations or a changing leadership identity.
Explore goals, motivation, workload, boundaries, recovery and ways of working that can be sustained over time.
Identify the challenge, context and what useful progress would look like.
Examine different perspectives, assumptions, behaviours and patterns influencing the situation.
Translate insight into practical actions, conversations or behavioural experiments that can be tested at work.
Coaching creates space to review what happened, learn from the experience and adjust where needed.
There is no fixed coaching agenda. The focus develops around the leader, their role and the organisational environment they are working within.
The aim is to help leaders think more clearly, broaden their options and take greater ownership of how they respond.
TWC also works with organisations sponsoring coaching for their leaders. Where appropriate, the engagement can include an initial conversation about development priorities and agreed review points, while maintaining clear boundaries around confidentiality and the coaching relationship.
The purpose, expectations and roles of the leader, organisation and coach are clarified before coaching begins.
Discuss coaching for your organisation →We start with a conversation about the situation, who is involved and whether individual leadership coaching fits. Goals, scope, delivery arrangements, session timing, review points and fees are agreed before the engagement begins. Duration and frequency are shaped to the context and set out in a proposal, rather than assumed in advance.
Learning is applied between sessions in real workplace situations. We review what happened, what changed and what needs adjusting.
Individual coaching can provide deeper development around challenges introduced through TWC workshops and leadership programs.
If you are navigating a leadership challenge, transition or recurring pattern and want space to examine it in greater depth, we can start with a conversation about what you are working through and whether coaching is the right fit.
