The TWC Leader as Coach pathway develops capability progressively — from foundational coaching conversations through to applied practice, psychologically informed coaching and sustained workplace application.
Coaching capability develops through practice, feedback and application — not simply exposure to a model. Organisations can begin with Foundations or enter at a later level where previous coaching development supports it.

Develop deeper listening, tentative pattern recognition and constructive challenge through intensive coached practice. Work with complex accountability conversations and adjust the leadership response as the situation changes.
