Leader as Coach: Foundations

Choose the right response. Structure the conversation.

Good leadership involves knowing when to coach and when people need clarity, advice, instruction, support or referral. This full-day program develops practical coaching conversations using the TWC Leadership Response Matrix and GROW, while retaining leadership responsibility and accountability.
